“ The entire EP has a distinct NYC vibe, and we highly recommend checking it out”
"Can't Take It" is the latest release by Miranda and The Beat, a NYC- and New Orleans-based group. According to the band, "Can't Take It" was recorded in the German countryside in just five days as part of an album.
The song has a rockabilly vibe, featuring organs, catchy hooks, and a guitar line that will be stuck in your head for days. The production is straightforward, strong, and very pleasing to hear. "Can't Take It" doesn't beat around the bush—it hooks you within the first few seconds.
More bands should take notes and incorporate organs into their music; when done this well, it sounds amazing. The entire EP has a distinct NYC vibe, and we highly recommend checking it out. The band is currently signed to Ernest Jennings Record Co., an independent label based in Brooklyn, NY.
